Crescendo: WWC's music project in collaboration with rappers and classical musicians to promote children's rights
Crescendo is a musical project launched in 2020 by Wallah We Can to fund the Embassy of Children project.
The Embassy of Children aims to support children, who are victims of sexual violence and abuse, through assistance and provision of services from doctors and lawyers.
Crescendo is a musical project inspired by symphonic hip-hop. The idea is to bring together well-known artists from the hip-hop scene, as well as tenors from the classical music scene, in order to convey strong messages in favor of children’s rights and also denounce violence against children.
Crescendo Episode 1: A.L.A feat ALLCHESTRA on the rooftops of the Medina
Crescendo episode 1 was released on YouTube and has generated over 1 million views in just 72 hours. It has cumulated 6 million views since.
Crescendo Episode 2: “Nebni” Lotfi Bouchnak, WND, and Empire
The song was released on several online platforms, and it brings together the Tunisian artist Lotfi Bouchnak and the rappers WMD and EMPIRE. Since its release, the song has generated over 500K views on YouTube.
